Overview
We start our journey with a visit to:
1. The Strawberry Farm, which we have chosen for its distinctive features. You can engage in feeding the animals, bird watching, and photography. The farm is known for its simplicity and tranquility, allowing people to relax and enjoy a unique picnic experience amid rural settings in nature.
2. A tour of Kamal's Taif Rose Factory, where you can witness traditional distillation methods and the process of making perfumes from these roses. Taif roses are known to be one of the most expensive types of perfumes in the world. Roses are collected from farms and then pumped into rose distillation factories to extract the fragrances.
3. A visit to the Damath Resort, which offers a blend of the present-day Taif with the heritage of our ancestors. It features activities for children, a Bedouin-style camp, archery, waterfalls, mountain sitting areas, small tents, a coffee shop serving traditional beverages, and both traditional and modern games.
You can also enjoy watching animals and visit the horse stable, where everyone can watch, interact, and take pictures with the horses. There's also the opportunity to ride horses. You can witness Bedouin and Arabian-style gatherings, participate in group games and activities, and enjoy the desert nature while experiencing the authenticity of the past and the breathtaking natural landscapes.

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy:
Exchange Policy:
You may be required to pay additional fees for modifications, and these fees vary depending on the type of service requested. When requesting changes to locations, dates, or adding notes such as transportation preferences or meals, and any other requests, please contact customer service to process the request.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made by the customer through the Future Luxury customer service. For each booking cancellation by the customer, Rafaat Al Mustaqbal will impose a 15% cancellation fee. The full amount will be deducted 100% four days prior to the trip and will not be refundable afterward. The customer is not entitled to claim it.
Refund Policy:
When a customer requests a refund of the amount paid four days before the trip, Future Luxury l imposes a 15% fee and refunds the amount after deducting the fee. Please note that the refund process and method depend on the same payment method used. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed within 48 working hours, and the amount will be returned from the bank within 7 working days, with potential delays caused by the bank. If payment was made through customer service, it will take 48 working hours on our end. If the amount is not refunded after the mentioned period, please contact customer service or submit a request to communicate with the company for a refund.
In the case of confirmed reservations that are non-refundable, the customer has no right to claim a refund except in force majeure circumstances. Approval for the refund is subject to the service provider's consent and acceptance of the refund.
